How do I register for Online Access to the E-commerce Store?

Click on Sign-Up to access the registration form.  You must be an existing Frazer Customer to register.  If you are not an existing customer, click here to register as a new customer

How do I change my password?

Hover over to the Account link at the top of the page and click on “My Account” that appears in the drop-down. Then click on “Account Details” from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.  Password Change will be at the bottom of the section. (Login required for this to work)

What if the part I am searching for is missing on the website?

We currently only list the most frequently purchased parts, with plans to list additional parts in future updates.  Please contact our Parts Department to place your order if your part is not listed.

How can I check the status of my order?

Hover over to the Account link at the top of the page and click on “My Orders” that appears in the drop-down. This will take you to a list of all your orders and their statuses.

What is “Pay with Frazer Account” at the checkout page?

Frazer Account is when you have a customer account and an open PO with Frazer.  If you select this option, you must provide the PO number prior to placing your order, or your order will not be processed.

Is FedEx the only shipping service method?

Yes.  If you wish to utilize another option, please contact our Parts Department with your Shipping Account information ready, to place your order.

Why am I being charged taxes if our company is Tax-Exempt?

Your account may require an update.  Please contact our Parts Department for assistance.

How do I know if the part I am ordering is in stock?

At present, our online store does not maintain inventory tracking. Therefore, all orders are dependent on product availability and may not be immediately in stock when you place your order. Rest assured, a Frazer Parts Representative will reach out to you within one business day to provide updates on inventory and lead times for any items that are currently out of stock but included in your order.

I have discounted pricing, is this reflected on my account?

Yes.  Any customer with discounted pricing has the appropriate pricing shown when they search for parts in the online store.

I have free shipping, will this be reflected on my account?

Yes.  Any customer with free or discounted shipping will be reflected at check-out.

What is the SKU?

The SKU is the part number.  It can be found on the part photo as well as in the description section of the part.

What is a TAG?

A TAG is any piece of one or two words that links or connects various parts/products together.  You can type a TAG word in the search bar and it will pull all associated parts with the matching TAG. Example:
